ANDY JAMES – Director
Andy established Performance Development Consulting in 2002.
Andy began his career with British Aerospace, where he held
a variety of commercial and project management roles.
Andy moved to a career in training and development in 1994.
He has worked for 3 consultancies where he has held a range
of consultant, management and business development positions.
Andy has worked with a wide variety of organisations over
this time.
Andy effectively combines excellent facilitation skills
with his background in commercial and management roles.
His particular areas of expertise are around the development
of leadership and management effectiveness, team development
and process facilitation.
Andy is also an Associate of Roffey Park Institute and
on the faculty of Aston Business School.
SUE ROBERTS – Associate Consultant
Sue is a highly skilled facilitator of experiential learning
and development with a proven track record of translating
business needs into pragmatic training solutions and delivery.
Working in the field of people development since 1995, she
specialises in behavioural and attitudinal change at all
levels.
Sue is currently working with pdc for the Metropolitan
Police and Anthony Collins Solicitors . Sue holds an MA
in Management Learning from Lancaster University. She also
holds a first class honours degree, and is a Neuro Linguistic
Programming Practitioner, a registered practitioner in Myers
Briggs Type Indicator, a TA 101 Counsellor and an accredited
coach.
BRIAN WOODALL – Associate Consultant
Brian is a very experienced consultant and manager. He has
worked in the field of people and organisational development
for over 15 years, working for a number of consultancies.
Brian has an extremely client-focused approach to his work,
with a well-developed ability to balance the need to challenge
with the provision of appropriate support. Brian has particular
expertise in the area of strategic alignment, as well as
extensive experience in 1:1 executive coaching and the design
and delivery of a wide range of development programmes.
Brian has worked with pdc on the coaching programme for
the MPS as well as supporting a team development project
with Anglian Water.
OENCA CALLISTE FONTAINE – Associate Consultant
Oenca is an experienced Coach and Mentor in the areas of
individual and organisational development. She is a perceptive
and talented facilitator, who is able to communicate effectively
at all levels within an organisation. She is a very creative
and energetic individual who has a natural affinity for
people and has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
She has change management experience through the extensive
delivery of 360-Degree Feedback processes.
Oenca has been a key member of pdc’s team in working
with the MPS and Anglian Water.
STEPHEN LAMBE – Associate Consultant
Stephen is a Chartered Occupational psychologist and trainer
of NLP who has 15 years consulting experience within the
Public and Financial sectors. His passions lie in the fields
of personal growth, development, training and leadership.
Stephen is an experienced personal coach and has provided
development advice and feedback up to Director Level. He
has also designed and managed organisational wide, high
profile and high volume assessment and development activities.
Stephen has worked with pdc for the MPS and National Grid.
